Released on the Nintendo WiiWare format back in 2010, this all new 2D "MetroidVania" type adventure allows you to use different characters from other games such as Order of Ecclesia, Symphony of the Night, Rondo of Blood, and more. Yes, Richter Belmont and Maria Renard are there as well. The current price of only $8.39 for Playstation Plus users expires on November 5th, then it should return to the sale price for $10.49. Not a bad deal either way.

Super Castlevania IV - First time buyer price - $7.99
Previous Wii Virtual Console buyers - $1.50

A classic gem that made you want to buy a Super Nintendo in the worst way. Super Castlevania 4 set a new standard in the series, with its mode 7 and warping effects, along with haunting orchestrated soundtrack. If you are a first time buyer of this digital download, your price is $7.99, while previous buyers of the Wii Virtual Console version will only pay $1.50. Fair is as fair does.

That about wraps things up in the Belmont department. After tomorrow, things will start to heat up for the Christmas season, especially after we are done eating turkey and everyone flies out the door to the mall to fill up their shopping carts. When it was first introduced on Xbox Live and Playstation Network back in 2010, the fans were drooling over an all new 2D title to play for themselves. Since then, the fire might have died down, but it's certainly not fizzled out all the way. Just in time for the spooky holiday of the year, is a new low price for Playstation Plus users. The sale for Harmony of Despair runs from October 29th, through November 4th, with a "last chance" deal taking place on November 5th. Metal Gear Rising Revengeance is headed to EU PSN (Playstation Plus) in November

Having sold so many copies this year, Sony has stated that Metal Gear Rising Revengeance will make its way onto the EU PSN (Playstation Network) in November. This should help keep the sales of the hit title going strong even longer. When gaming sites such as this one first started posting about Rising Revengeance well more than 2 years ago, the initial reaction was somewhat a mixed one. Most of us had gotten used to our long time friend Solid Snake, and didn't want to face the prospect of Metal Gear taking an unknown turn in the road like Rising did.

The move to bring Raiden more out of the shadows and into his very own game was a fruitful one. EU PSN users will get a taste of that fruit next month.
