The Metal Gear Solid: Digital Novel Pack was released years ago in Japan, and didn't see the light of day until very recently, as a part of the Legacy Collection set on Blue-Ray format. If you've never played the first couple of Metal Gear Solid titles, and don't really want to, the Graphical Novels will give you a pretty good run down of the storyline behind them. But what if you want to get them, but don't want to purchase a whole army of Metal Gear games to obtain it? That just might be a reality, if we are lucky enough that is. The Australian Classification Board has posted a rating for the Digital Novel Pack, which could mean it might be released as a stand alone set. Here is the information they posted at their site.

The video below shows some footage from the graphical novel if you want to check it out. A stand alone release of the two novels would be a welcome treat for those who only want it and have no need of an entire Metal Gear library.
