Could Hideo Kojima be playing his own role in the new Metal Gear Solid 5 game, or just a brief appearance as an easter egg or cameo?

If there is one thing Konami is good at besides making great games, it's their famous Konami code and Easter eggs they seem to infuse many games with, including websites for that matter. So what is going on with Metal Gear Solid 5 as of right now? Hideo Kojima is all dressed up and ready for action, as you can see in the pictures below. What his role is or if this is just a small appearance, Easter egg, or some sort of cameo is any person's guess at this point. But doesn't he look pretty darn cool at the very least? Sometimes I envy him, and he even makes a statement about one of his shots below, where he's holding up his hands in a type of surrender position, asking if he should use CQC to get out of that situation. Sure, why not? It works for Solid Snake.
