The Office of Film and Literature Classification gives Contra 3: The Alien Wars a rating, which could mean you might see another release of it soon

Releases, and re-releases. They seem to be happening quite a bit lately, and Contra 3: The Alien Wars is no exception to the rule. Back in 2007, the Wii Virtual Console saw this classic gem ready for play, while the 3DS managed to get its hands on the even more classic Super C. Contra III has recently gotten a rating from none other than the Office of Film and Literature Classification, or (OFLC). While this doesn't sound like ultra fantastic news, word  has it that it could mean yet another release, and this time it has two formats to choose from. The Wii-U Virtual Console, and the Nintendo 3DS. Why not both?, I say.

It's PAL counterpart was known as......get this. Super Probotector: The Alien Rebels. Which titles sounds better to you? Here is the ratings and listed information with the Australian Classification Board.
