The Middle East gears up as the new Pro Evolution Soccer game launches just a few days before the rest of world takes hold

Most of us realize that soccer is a world wide and extremely popular sport. So popular in fact that it even stretches into the realm of the Middle East. Pro Evolution Soccer is no exception to the rule, and the folks in the Middle East can't wait to get their hands on the latest installment of it. Arabic commentator Raouf Khlif and the AFC Champions League being added this year is a welcome addition among those in that area who can't wait to try out PES in their living rooms, and they only have to wait 3 weeks to do so. September 19th is the day PES 2014 kicks off in that region of the world, while the rest gets to wait just a hand full of days until their release sees the light of day.

The guys at Sport360 did an interview with Marc Melton, who heads Emerging Markets for Konami, and quite a number of questions were asked, and responded to. Questions ranging from what fans of that region can expect from the new PES this year, to how Konami relates and deals with their one and only competition, and that being FIFA. It makes for some good reading and answers some of those long awaited questions you might have been asking yourself lately.
