What to do, what to do. A frustration you just might have for those who can't get online and play against their friends and rivals in the new Pro Evolution Soccer game. Konami has issued an apology for those who are still having problems, and has made some statements in regards.
"We would like to apologise to any users who have been unable to enjoy PES2014 online and would like to reassure fans we'll be fixing the issue as quickly as possible." "In the meantime, we're setting up a special section on the PES 2014 site to keep users up to date on issues, feedback and general help with the product,
They also state that they are working closely with Microsoft to try to resolve the issue as fast as possible. Many a fan were turned off by the issues that plagued them from the "day one patch", which in turn made players want to return their copy of PES 2014 back to the store from whence it came. I can understand the feeling, but for those of you who are clinging onto their copy and waiting for better days, be sure to check out that link above to keep up on updates Konami is bring to light as they try to mop up the mess along the way.
Along with the fixes, comes a new patch on the shelf soon that will add some new additions like a nice 11 versus 11 mode. In view of EA's foothold they've been having with licensing on their FIFA title, perhaps the wait will be worth it for PES this year.
