What kind of an idiot robs a comic book store and the only thing he steals is Yu-Gi-Oh! cards and no money?

Yu-Gi-Oh! has not only attracted more and more attention over the years, it has gotten so popular that world wide tournaments and events take place where duelists can duke it out. Every collector on that note wants the best and most rare cards they can get their hands on. Some on the other hand, actually go a step further and take to stealing them. One such idiot took to that task, and did it at knife point. An Omaha comic book store by the name of "Dragon's Lair Comics" (Dirk the Daring reference?) is a small store that sells items in the card, comics, and even arcade department.

The man literally walked into the store, wearing a Darth Vader sweatshirt on top of that, and demanded no cash, no comics, only Yu-Gi-Oh! cards worth about $150. That's it. That's all the fool wanted was a tin full of cards, and not a penny more to boot. His rent must be paid up already, or he is on some kind of sick drug. The fellow pointed out to the owner Bob Gellner the cards he wanted to see, and when they were brought over to him, the Darth Vader shirt wearing robber drew a knife on him, and then took off.

“I’ve had this business here for 35 years and this is the first time we’ve been robbed,” said owner Bob. We’ve been burglarized. We called the police and they caught them, but this is the first time we’ve been robbed.”

Since last night, so far the robber has not been found, nor any leads made as of yet. There is a video report from WOWT 6 News you can check out, who officially covered the story. Let me know what you think about this tidbit of nonsense in the comment section below. For more information about Dragon's Lair Comics and Games, visit their homepage for details and products.
